PVC Laser Film Protected 430 Stainless Steel Sheet
This 430 stainless steel sheet is supplied with a premium PVC laser-grade protective film applied to the surface, ensuring the material arrives at your production line in flawless condition. The protective coating prevents scratches, abrasion, contamination, and handling marks during transport, storage, laser cutting, bending, and installation processes.
Protective Film Specifications
- Film Type: Laser-grade PE/PVC protective film (60-80 micron thickness)
- Adhesion Level: Medium-low tack — clean peel-off without residue
- UV Resistance: Film remains stable under UV exposure during outdoor storage (up to 3 months)
- Laser Compatibility: Film is certified for CO2 and fiber laser cutting without melting or burning residue

Film-protected sheets are additionally interleaved with kraft paper, stacked on fumigated wooden pallets, and secured with steel strapping and edge protectors. Exported in 20ft or 40ft containers with moisture-proof wrapping.
